The ship docked in Zadar, its final port for our trip, and we were bused to
Šopot to visit a farm for the day. The farm was a small family farm doing a mix
of things. They had olive trees, grew vegetables, sold donkey milk for
50€/liter, and more. At one time they operated a regular restaurant but now were
just doing special meals, and they could serve a hundred people. LUnch included
cow cheese made the day before, olive oil pressed the day before, eggs taken
minutes before preparation, still warm, and radicchio cut from the garden by a
tour member. Nothing came from a store except sparkling water. The potoates and
meat were excellent.
Upon our return to Zadar, I made my way to the site of a chocolate store, but it
was gone. Then we had a brief group walk, after which I explored on my own.
